The three factors that contributed to me ordering it were: (a) it was a Gibson, (b) Amazon have a 30 day return policy and (c) I really wanted this finish and this model was not available at any of the local music shops. In the end I decided if it turn out to not be right for me I would return.While I cannot say every guitar will be as well built as the one I received, I am delighted with it. It plays beautifully and I'm really looking forward to developing my playing with this instrument. In terms of the actual instrument, the strings are a little lighter than I normally play, but that doesn't seem to have caused much issue, in fact I'm wondering if I might switch to light strings again as a result of this. The rosewood finger board turned out to be lighter than my other guitars but it feels comfortable. The neck is the narrow profile so if you like fat necks you probably won't like...
